Kevin and I are in Chiang Mai this week. This is my favorite city in Thailand. The northern part of Thailand is filled with mountains and rice fields which are great for hiking, trekking and being outside. You can see my picture of the rice fields and also the orchid farm we visited. We also rafted down the river to see some elephants. It is usually a lot cooler here then in Bangkok although it is 80 degrees now. We are really enjoying the scenery and are lucky enough to stay at our friends beautiful home in the mountains.
